1. Early Access Program

Bounsai offers an exclusive early access program for qualifying users. The first 50 users to register will receive 6 months of free access to Bounsai workflows and features.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the early access program, you must:

  • Have a valid business email address
  • Represent a company or organization
  • Agree to provide feedback and participate in the improvement process
  • Be among the first 50 users to complete registration

3. Free Access Period

Eligible early access users receive 6 months of free access to Bounsai, including:

  • Access to all pre-built workflows
  • Workflow customization with AI assistance
  • Dedicated support from an AI workflow consultant
  • Direct feedback channel to influence roadmap

After the 6-month free period, pricing will apply according to the standard Bounsai pricing tiers.

4. AI Workflow Consultant

Early access users receive support from an AI workflow consultant who will help you:

  • Select the most appropriate workflows for your needs
  • Customize workflows to fit your business processes
  • Implement and deploy workflows in your organization
  • Optimize workflow performance and efficiency

5. User Responsibilities

By participating in the early access program, you agree to:

  • Provide honest and constructive feedback
  • Report bugs and issues promptly
  • Not share confidential information about unreleased features
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use the service for lawful purposes only

6. Data and Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Data Policy. By using Bounsai, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in those policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bounsai is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bounsai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Bounsai reserves the right to terminate early access accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Bounsai constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
